We offer our customers various shipping methods to choose from. Our aim is for your orders to arrive at your doorstep within 5 working days.

 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return your order to us within 14 days from date of shipping. More information can be found at our Return and Refund Policy section.

A tracking number will be sent via email when your order is shipped. You can track your order by clicking here.

 

A representative is required to be present at the delivery address to sign-off on the package upon delivery. In the event that you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, a notice/note may be left for you with instructions to arrange for re-delivery or collection from a PosLaju branch.

Self-Collect

 

For customers wanting to save on shipping, we offer you the option to pay and collect your order (Bandar Utama, Dataran Prima, Sunwaymas Commercial Center only). Please contact customer support at customerservice@hardknocks.com.my to arrange for collection time.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Hardknocks will process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Please allow time of up to 2-3 business days after your order has been dispatched for the courier company to ship the item.
  • Hardknocks aims to satisfy our customers and deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to circumstances that may occur outside of Hardknocks' control.
  • If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 
  • Hardknocks will not be held liable for any mishandling or damage caused during the shipping process. In the event your order is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please report said incident to us and we will assist you in resolving the situation with the responsible party.
