Why do I have Mobile88.com in my transaction records rather than Hardknocks?
Our payment gateway partner, ipay88 is owned by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd and collects payment on behalf of Hardknocks.
What methods of shipping do you use?

Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

How secure is shopping with Hardknocks?

How do I use Discount Codes?
The location to enter Discount codes can be found in your shopping cart. Once you have entered the code, click 'update cart' and the discount code will apply automatically to your shopping cart.
I cannot remove and add items into my shopping cart. Why and how to resolve this?
It should be a memory problem from your browser. Please delete the cookies on your browser.
Why can't I login with my password after I have signed up to Hardknocks?
One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.

I have a user account with Hardknocks but forgot my password, what should I do?
It's easy! Go to 'My Account' page and click on 'Forgot password'. You will be prompted with a window to enter the email address you used to register with Hardknocks. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.
I have a user account with Hardknocks, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?
Go to 'My Account', login, and you can modify your account details from there.
Can I buy from Hardknocks without creating an account ?
Yes! We allow you to purchase as a guest. However, it will be easier for you to shop with us in the future once you have created an account with us. Just create and use your login (your email address) and password the next time you shop with us and all your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

Order Received: This email informs you that Hardknocks has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms Hardknocks has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Hardknocks has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
I can't find a particular product/item I want from Hardknocks' online store, what can I do?
