A successful payment will be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with Hardknocks. It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.
If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact Hardknocks and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

- For Internet Bank-In : Once Internet Payment is completed, Screen-Capture the transaction summary page.
- For ATM and Over-the-Counter Bank-Ins : Scan the Bank-In Slip obtained from the bank or ATM.
- Upload the scanned copy of the Bank-In Slip or Screen Capture Image for your order by going to your Order History and upload the attachment for the corresponding order.
- Email the scanned copy of your Bank-In Slip/Screen-Captured image/Transaction Results to email@example.com.
